Accepted Cancellation
Orders could be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Please submit a help ticket on Contact Us page if you decide to cancel the order.
Please note: Request orders canceled after 48 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
Not Accept Cancellation
We will NOT accept cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped since we can not call back the items from our shipping company. So we have to wait for the item to arrive to our customers, and find the best way to deal with this situation.
