Time Frame = Confirmation + Processing + Shipping

1. Confirmation (On the Day)

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after confirming. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

2. Processing

It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

3. Shipping

Free STANDARD Shipping on orders $65+ with USPS/YunExpress/4PX. Normally it would take 7-15 business days. We appreciate your patience.

2. What Shipping Methods Do You Use? 

We use USPS/YunExpress/4PX/FedEx/DHL for shipping service on our website.

If you choose STANDARD shipping, we would use USPS/YunExpress/4PX to ship your order.

If you choose EXPEDITED shipping, we would use YunExpress/4PX/FedEx/DHL/UPS to ship your order.

3. When will my order ship? 

Once we ship your order, We will usually ship the purchase within 1-3 business days(Not include weekends or holidays), you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

4. How Long Will It Take To Get My Package? 

Orders are fulfilled as soon as possible. However, some items may be on back order so the shipping time can vary. When you want to know your items shipping processing, You just need to click the tracking number on your email we sent to you. You will get the processing details. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us.

5. How Long the Retrobiky Orders Processing

Orders process takes about 1-3 business days if order products In Stock:

Customer Orders -> Warehouse Picking (in stock) -> Print order information -> Shipping Out

Order process takes about 3-5 business days if order products Out of Stock:

Customer Orders -> Warehouse Picking (Out of stock) -> Factory Manufacturing Prints -> Ship out after the printed

So the Order Processing Time Frame is 3-5 business days.


Please note that we are only able to deliver to PO Boxes via STANDARD shipping, NOT EXPEDITED shipping. Please make sure to enter a physical address to avoid any issues with your shipment.

If your shipping address is located in a rural community, you may have to pick up your package from your regional post office. For rural or remote regions, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery. We appreciate your patience!

If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it. Here are some alternate options:

  • Once the package has been delivered to your regional post office, you can contact the post office directly to request them to redirect it to an alternate address. Please note that this is done at the discretion of the postal office.
